So I'm looking for a good set of drill bits 1/2" shank from size 1/16" to 1" in a full set. Any suggestions?

No, 1/2" shank max size, not minimum.

If you can prove that there is no good place to mount it they usually grant it to you, I haven't heard back on mine yet but I sent in pics and everything showing how the winch fairlead is blocked by a plate. Even if they say no I'm not putting a front plate on. Last cop to pull me over said I had no front plate but didn't say I had to do anything about it and didn't cite me.

Same for me. They never drilled the holes so I never put it on. Never had a issue ever. My cbr 600rrplate is mounted basically under my seat and behind the tire u can't even see it and the dmv said it was fine lol.

In nebraska front plates are required but when i used my front one to repair our LeMons car 3 years ago, i never replaced it. No issues yet.... also new seatbelts are not installed, nor airbags hooked up. I like to live on the edge... untill i crash.

Looks like NPS is continuing their interview process despite the freeze. Set up an interview for a fish tech position in Yellowstone. The guy said they are hoping to have everything lined up so when the freeze is lifted they can send out final offers ASAP. Kinda a cool job, kinda boring, but I don't think it will work out with Ash. I'll be applying to a local engineering/environment consulting firm this weekend. I am also going to speak with an adviser this afternoon about adding a geography major and finishing out my final year with the GI Bill. Having GIS certs and geography should put me in a pretty good position to secure a job I enjoy despite the political climate.

No, not gone. I am on "hold" and yes, still considering pursuing another degree or even a masters.
