Sweet man!! You have a pretty good route. You'll come over the big horns and right over to me :D

There are 3 routes over them, 14a highway which goes Sheridan strait to Lovell which over here we call Oh My God. Got this name cause on both sides it's very steep and windin and frying your brakes if your not careful is very likely haha

Then there is sheridan to greybul or Shell pass(my favorite) nice drive and the part of the mountain I spend most my time.

Then south pass which is buffalo to ten sleep.

So you can hit any of those towns. If you want a strait shot t work and go through shouts pass which is also beautiful.

Honestly I'd skip Laramie..the drive there is super boring and going through NE will be killer boring too haha

But again I'm in Powell so let me know when this happens. I could meet you in Powell or cody maybe even go up the north fork with ya and show you some stuff and history.

Jackson will be a tourist nightmare so be ready for that.

And if we plan this right you could join us in lander for a meet and great or hit a trail with us.

    sounds good man.

and actually i wouldn't be surprised if Powell has better health program here. We have a nice hospital but Cody's is better but we have a ncie therapy center too.

Worland isn't bad though..not a great place i think though.

    But whatever man :D haha

you'll come to find that alot of the area is setup kinda like in triagles of towns. Like Powell, Cody, Mettesse. Or thermopolis, Worland, bulington. They obviously connect..but if you look on a make, its like triangles..least i always thought kinda..ha this also helps feed the town rivalries lol

I toured Laramie today for fun. Saw a silverytan taco that obviously had some work done out of the corner of my eye on 2nd street, right near Boomer's BBQ. Caught the last 4 of the license plate, 1458 - It would appear as if I spotted pyroskier haha. First case of matching a spotted taco to this forum for me

    Yea that would suck haha

Skids would be nice if you can fit em in the budget and build by then. There will be quite a few people there and two if us that have run it so we can spot you and all.

Hagen, you had additional text in the reg cab thread about taking those shots going to see who was fishing. When I was at Boomers BBQ in Laramie the owner was talking to me (ok, nonstop, I was only person in there) and was telling me to go out fishing sometime. CO fishing is fun and all, but all the easy to get to places are fished out or require a boat for good access. You should show me the ropes on an offroading/fishing/BSing weekend once it warms up.

Nah, never tried it - really enjoy fishing for pike more than anything so I tend to get things that make a lot of commotion in the water and come back to you just as fast as you can reel, preferably with a 4' prehistoric looking monster on the end :D

If you go the way of Teton county, super hard. If you're like the other 22 counties in WY, then maybe WY is the place for you. If you're from a freedom loving part of NY and looking to escape, I'm sure you'll find a job somewhere on a rig!

Will be keeping up with this in the chance there are any good trail runs near me... Still pretty close to stock, though I dream of sliders some day. Worst case, I can tag along on my bike.
