Still getting used to it honestly. We just signed the lease on our place, so will be working on getting stuff there at the end of the month.

Its different. Some cool aspects, but my god I hate traffic lol.

Now that the rental hunting is done I am hoping I can go check out some of the cool aspects.

    How is work treating you?

Glad you like it. Im adjusting to this new position, Houston next week for training, so we will see how she goes.

The rental is nice. Has a avg 2 car ( place with the 3+ size didn't call me back), and a decent basement that I am going to set up into a man cave with a projector and is already wired for surround sound. Nice little backyard with room for entertaining. Nice place, nothing to crazy yet.

I am genuinely concerned having Rachell come down here and drive. She terrifies me. She is a well enough driver, but she just doesn't pay as much attention to the extra things that she needs to.

Just a 1 year lease. I am kinda over renting, so once Rachell knows the hospital she will be at, then I will start planning for what I need to do to purchase. I am hoping the market levels out for a few or even dips so I am not paying an arm and a leg.

I am itching to get a new toy still, and it will be a manual (more excuse for her not to drive it) but plan on teaching her how in it.

There are some short term option but its like a 200-400 premium on top of the standard rent. I try to view it as paying for a service vs throwing money away but I still feel the same.

Thats awesome she liked it so much, I think Rachell would be more worried about breaking my vehicle that she would freak out lol.

Ya i have confidence she will figure it out. Just need to find the right toy. I keep thinking a tacoma would be fun again, but have a craving for go fast still.

Might be going to test out some new Golf Rs after work today...mostly out of boredom and because I can.

I have considered it. Finding an older 1st gen tacoma/3rd gen runner. Makes me think i shouldn't have sold the 4runner but I know I did right there. I think I want to start fresh and do it all slow and right from the get go. Other problem is I think I would prefer a double cab with the dog, and thus no manual lol.

I suck at welding so i'd probably not use it to it's full potential lol. I'll pass it on to a few people who may be intersted though.

Mine may have been a 140...sadly can't remember but looks identical. I never had an issue with it. Loved that thing.
