tell her next time that getting spotted up a hard spot is okay. She is still driving and she can't see all 4 wheels. Would have been easy to just spot her up it.

well you need to tell her that spotting is all part of it man. Its not a bad thing or any better if you do it alone. Learning to trust a spotter is important, weither its you or someone else. Though i hope not you because you pick horrible lines haha

Just saying, she could have made it, she just needed to be a foot to the right. Could've told her that instead of "just bump it harder" haha

no doubt it was fun still.

 

That pulley is really easy to adjust. Loosen the through bolt you removed to replace the pulley, then there's a 12mm (IIRC) bolt below it. Tighten the bolt to tighten the belt.

 

What sizes are you guys going with?

Mine is a Wix

 

They come in a can, it was essentially identical to the stock one. If you remind me tomorrow, I'll give you the wix part number the the one I used.

 

ben when i come back can we take your pile out wheeling with my pile? with full armor, 33s, and a rear locker you can manage a good handful of trails without damage if you takes it slow. meat grinder and carnage canyon are doable, just take off the tent

who am i kidding, you wont take the tent off just to run a trail with me lol. there is only oooone squeeze spot it might drag on carnage.

 

Went with 295/70/17 because it was a cheaper 33 than the 285/70/17. See how it works out when they get here, but I'm kind of thinking I should of ponied up the extra cash for the 85's to not be as wide.

I have not looked at prices but the Toyo RTs have one size that looks quite interesting. The 285/75r17, which is essentially a 34x11.5. Not sure they would fit without some tubbing and they are kind of heavy at 71 lbs each. Nonetheless, intriguing.

They are lighter by 2 lbs that the 295/70r17.

 

They aren't available as 255/80r17.

i will watch with interest. Because that's the size id get most likely to get back to a "fat" tire. According to other Brett, his barely clear and he has hammered and cut just about everything haha
