I know. I feel it's excessive and could be refined completely.

Does anyone know of the best/ cheapest place to get into a Icon lift kit around Cheyenne or online?

just a shorter coil is all. any 3x14xXXX coil will fit so you can get something else. I think Icon and SAW(which are pretty much what yours are) use a 13'' coil..for some reason..not 100% on that though.

I wish you could get 15'' coils for these coil overs..without custom ordering them. Would ride sweet.

I actually just measured that when they were off the truck in case I have to put them back. Driver side is 1.35" and the passenger side is 1.22"

This info by itself doesn't mean much. As Monte mentioned, coil length and rate play a huge factor as well as how much weight you are carrying.

Mine are 700# , 14" coils and I am very heavy.

    Nope. Not yet anyways.

Those are all I've got right now.

It's not bad at all just driving around, only thing that feels different is the steering wheel feedback honestly. Power-wise it's always been gutless so I don't feel like I lost much. That's just been around town and on the drive to big horn doing 55-60 though.

The real test will be in the mountains. I'm tempted to bomb up red grade one of these evenings and see how bad it is. There's plenty of snow still so it'll definitely be a good indicator.

@mrbeggins was my bad influence though. I chatted with him a little bit to see about how bad it was on stock gearing. He swayed me towards it. He upgraded to 5.29's which is what I plan on doing too.

Looks, great. You're going to wonder why you waited so long to swap gears when you do . Front and rear lockers at same time?

I wish I could see your face for when you first go drive it with 5.29s hahaha such a good moment.

I agree with gage. You'll definitely wonder why you waited so long.

Looking at new sewing projects for when I finish this tipi. Smaller scale so I don't feel so overwhelmed to finish it and I can maybe use up all this extra fabric I accumulated. After a quilt/woobie, I think I am going to make a trasharoo. For you guys that have them, any thing you hate about it? Anything you wish it had? Comparments maybe?

I know a few years ago, Jason had trouble with it "sagging" and having to tighten it every day on the epic trip. Anyone else struggle with that? Or was that just user error?

Mm I guess once it gets pretty full it'll start to sag a bit. But never been that bad for me. That's just the straps letting loose a bit. Otherwise I love mine. Very tough material. Has help up great.

I'll have to do a reaction video lol.

I'll be excited when that day comes haha. I'll definitely do a rear locker, will probably just fork out the extra dough and do the front as well. Might as well do it all at once while I'm spending a small fortune.

I love how it looks though. Fills out the truck nicely with some extra meat under it. It's a shame its such a bitch to do it on 1st gens. They fit 2nd gens so well it's like they should come from the factory that way.

Not yet, kinda at the point to where I don't care if it sells anymore or not lol. I like it, but don't need it at the same time. Just kinda up in the air at this point.

My only complaint is the black color fades. Mine is just starting to look a little purple-ish. The green or tan ones probably wont fade as much.

Regarding sagging, other than when they are full full, until I figured out how to securely wrap the straps around the tire mount, it did want to shift position on the trail. This was compounded when it was very heavy. Now it doesn't do that any more.
