The latch and the rods on the inside by the latch. I'm traveling right now but can post photos later

I just did spark plugs today too. Previous owner put in single electrodes too.
    Got it haha
Thanks. I sprayed pretty much everything on the inside of the door latch area and it seems to have done the trick. Both door handles work better than they ever have now.

Yep I have. @BabyTaco and I took that road a couple times a while back. There was a bad washout and we never got much further than that. Ty and I drove it last summer and it wasn't too bad. They dozed it and cleaned it up some. Fun, but not challenging. It dead ends and then you can hike back to a reservoir but I've yet to hike back and look.

FS312 is a fun one though. Goes back further and has a couple spots that are a little tricky. Nothing substantial though. Gage and I also took that road and we spent a good amount of time shoveling muck out from under Baby Taco cause his 4x4 wasn't working at the moment.

Just wanted to post in here since I'll be swinging through on my trip.

Plan is to head north from Denver on the 24th of June, maybe hang out in northern CO for a night or two, then up to the area of the tetons (unless there's stuff to see before).

Looking for any advice or camp/hiking trails/scenic places to hit up. And if you're free, I'd love to meet people along the way.

After the tetons I'll try and hit up Yellowstone (during the week and try to avoid camping in the park if possible).

The trip is mostly going to be winging it especially since I'm busy building the truck, selling stuff and finishing up work prior to the trip.

If you get in a bind in for a campsite n GTNP, hit me up. We're at fireside campground in Moran, I'll ask the manager to cut you a deal. Be fun to grab a beer in our bar here.

    24th this month?

Going to the Boars Tusk and the white mountain site before the tetons would be cool depending on your route.

Camping outside of the park is hard. Cooke city is the place for that though. The north fork out is the east entrance is all pay camping.

    24th of June.

Being that I'm planning on doing this with no end date, expensive park campgrounds will add up quick. Not to mention I have no interest in listening to yelling people and generators, so thats why I want to avoid campgrounds. :D

Well you'll probably want to spend a night or two in Yellowstone. It's HUGE and lots to see beside the main spots. If you're good with hiking it's a very cool place.

Not gonna be able to commute in and out super easy anyways..

Cooke city area should be on your radar though to spend a night or two there as well. Goose lake trail is there if you wanna do something with some sorta bigger rocks.

Cool, I'll add those to my list. No interest in rock crawling, just seeing awesome views and photo ops.

I'm currently tossing around the idea of a small trailer with an RTT since I dont want to put one on the truck.

Just be aware, this summer especially, there will be no such thing as solitude in the Tetons. They are predicting 3 million people in a valley that feels cramped with 8,000 during the eclipse.:crapstorm:

Crap! Well, I just want to have the best experience possible. Haha

Rough plan was Yellowstone, Glacier, Banff, then west to the Pacific. With plenty of stops/time in between.

If you're out of the Tetons by the 4th of July, you'll be alright, plus you have enough other cool places on the list to wash the bitter taste of the Tetons out of your mouth. If you end up coming through Moran drop me a message.

I changed poopy diapers and didn't get enough sleep, pretty wild!

I did install a new battery in the big cheese and ordered a reman alt for him. The new battery holds a charge way better than the old but the alt is the culprit I am sure. Gonna rebuild the oem one for a spare.
