The a6000 arw works with lr5 but not the a6300/a6500 arw. I can't view them with anything I have arghh. Anyone better with Google than I am to get them converted?

Time to actually work on a list of stuff to see in the western half of Wyoming on the coming trip so I have a general idea of where I'm headed. Tetons, Yellowstone are obvious, but what about other neat/historical/beautiful places should I see/camp/explore on my way through?

Ghost towns, awesome views, off the beaten path, neat hikes. Dirt is a plus, less traveled is a plus, rock crawling, meh.

    Red Desert
    Big Spring Scenic Backway
    Beartooth Highway

Also if you have anything in Montana, other than Glacier, that'll be my next stop.

Thanks. Adding them to the first page of my build thread as well as starring them on google maps to get an idea of a route.

A decent pet-friendly, 2 bedroom, large fenced backyard, with a two car garage and car port just got listed in Grangeville for $600/month. :fingerscrossed: Let's hope it works out, I haven't been able to find one with a garage for awhile.

So went to a "supercar" car show this weekend. Holy shit. I was there 10 minutes and saw more money in vehicles than I will ever see. Like 4 McLarens dones of GTRS and Porches, some classics. I was seriously just wondering around in awe I didnt even take any pictures...

Also I saw a damn UTE the otherday down town..that one I did get pics of.

Yea I was not expecting them lol

I am not a huge fan of the color and I kept trying to see if there was any give away that it was a G8. But didn't look inside as it was a public parking area lol.

I think there's a company in Denver that imports them and converts them to LHD and sells them.

May as well hit killpecker dunes if you go to the boars tusk, especially if you can drag a dirt bike along with you.

I'm tempted to buy Holden badges, they'd look out of place without the Holden front end though lol. Not to mention a genuine HSV badge is like $180...and the front end conversion is like $3k.

Wouldn't mind putting this one on the center of the trunk to replace the Pontiac badge though

Lol so I didn't go back to the dealership Saturday and canceled my appointment because I wanted to go to the car show. So the lady asks why and I told her Im not looking to spend that kind of money and am going to look at other models. She goes o well you should come test out this GT500 we have its cheaper lol I about lost it laughing.

Thanks @joshipps that DNG converter worked great. Got all the photos pulled into lightroom and looked at everything but thats about all the time i have (insert crying baby...)

So you'll have to take my word for it. The sony with the canon glass is  The way it handles details in the shadows is insane. Like a wheelwell with the 6d things get grainy. With the sony it was clear. Beyond that the photos look identical with a hint of warmth going to the canon where as the sony has a slightly cooler feel but its hardly noticeable until you start bumping the colors and then it really comes out.

The 18-105 sony lens is really good but its just not as crisp, but we're talking pixel peeping here and it doesnt take anything away from the photo as a whole. Overall very impressed with the 6500 and 18-105 combo. I will just need to get over the digital feel, but that's not a huge deal when the performance is rock solid! Really glad i got to try out the exact setup i want to switch to.
