Just now seeing this.. missed the alert on Thursday or yesterday.

I'm near Moose working my way to a site with a view of the tetons!

I started seeing the Asians with tablets out already... Pretty sure I'll be skipping Yellowstone... The ranger in Lander said there was a 1.5 hour bear traffic jam the other day and that it's packed there as always... I'll see wildlife elsewhere and go to Yellowstone when it's cold out.

Tourists are as much a part of yellowstone as the animals this time of year haha Prime time is May/early June or October/Nov.

Yay reg cab! I want one..

Love the last part :D FAST!!

Had a great first weekend at Tippet for the opening concerts. Got to work with Richard King again. Recordings turned out great. Having the extra man power was awesome too. Gonna be a good season.

Hoping for a nice sunrise, maybe a hike or two in the tetons. I think I'll throw the tent up and come back here tomorrow... Shitty view and all.

I believe that is the exact spot I camped at last year ?
Can't remember the name of the canyon , but it was up behind the National Elk reserve.
