Next person is already making more than they paid ben. The housing here is crazy and if he rented that out he would make a absolute killing in a year or two. The market for houses under 250k is fire here. But it would be a pain to manage that far away.

O ya, but we all know that isn't a viable thing in most cases. In the "fun"factor its a rule I keep however.

Just about all the music on Tippet Rise's Vimeo...i recorded. about 30% of it im proud of. haha

This year is much different though and going way better.

Most that stuff i have in high res wav files. If you're that interested, i can make a CD i guess.

Its a good start. 2 mic pres, 4 eqs, 3 compressors. Already have the next 8 500 series picked out and another power supply rack. Plus a few full 19'' pieces. If i ever have steady income and stead place to live haha

IPAs, more specifically Double or Imperial IPAs is what I prefer. I will have some to share (as always), but if you know of something local to Jackson, bring some along.

 

Only 16 bit 44.1khz. I record at 24 bit 96khz. At tippet I do 32 bit floating point at 384khz. Haha

I just remembered I don't have a cd player in frank anymore haha but I'll put it on my iPad.

This jazz album I just recorded is really good actually. Chill kind of but funky and grooves.

 

I've gotten old, IPAs can be a bit sleep enducing haha. A few liquors does a good job and can be tastey
I have a girl bringing me some yeungling from the east coast...so opposite of Jackson...not sure if it'll make it to sept before I drink it all tho.

I know you hate what compression can do to files saved as mp3s but correct me if I am wrong, but my Pioneer HU can play files saved at 384khz IIRC. Have I got that all fucked up?

 

I've heard guys rave about yeungling but I've never had it. It's just a brand isn't it. There must be varieties within the brand. A quick look says they are big on lagers. Do they do ales too?
