any of you wyoming people care to join me for a beer at my campfire tomorrow night? will be just outside lander sometime around 7pm. camping for a couple nights out there while im prerunning

yes. the location i gave you is our blm approved campsite so thats going to be our base camp. the routes we have will loop us back to camp each day

plenty of places to go fast. nothing here in colorado though. all the rocky crap here. i spent most my life at the pismo sand dunes so im excited to see what the kilpecker sand dunes are like

 

@SconnieHailer i dont know if you have a vhf radio, but i will be on 151.625 if you got one. i know the cell reception is spotty there when i was there last year.

 

Congratulations!! Michelle is going to be trying to work into the district next year. We'll have to get them together at some point

I saw a ZR2 at a dealer today. Wasn't a diesel so I didn't really look at it to much. 43k.

@nosbusa If you're legal on HAM bands there are also VHF repeaters in Lander and Riverton. They are pretty quiet most of the time but might be helpful in a pinch.

Also bring the long stakes and extra tie downs for whatever you're sleeping in. Lander has been super windy the last few nights.

O i wouldn't get one lol for 43k I can get a full size loaded truck.

I just happened to be at the dealership dropping off the work truck so was cruising around. I have a rental for a few days, 2015(?) ram 1500 big horn. Its peppier than my 12 ram, and I have to admit its not a bad rig. Although that damn spinny shift knob thing is still stupid IMO.
