Oh, those are fun. Unfortunately they're kinda small in the cockpit area. Long legs really mess up my ability to fit in fun small cars.

They definitely lack in adjustability. I'm 6ft but also thin build and never had an issue. The first test drive i thought it was way too small, then fell in love with the cockpit feel. But i know people would lower the seats the tiny bit that they could and it helped a bit.

Forgot to quote you. Which trail?

There may be another person from Colorado wanting to do the Morrison, was waiting to see what day he wanted to do it.

Do it, there's a reason why they make most of the "cars you must drive before you die" lists. And a lot of owners that have them park them alongside much more expensive sports/supercars. Also a good investment if you can pick up an unmolested version. My last one, GPW 06, I sold for a 15% profit.

It's a driver's no frills car. Not much power or torque but revving it to 9k or 8.2k (00-03 or 04+) is a blast and it handles like it's on rails.

They never updated much, and there were never any options. Most people didn't want to rev it and if you don't rev it, you don't go. You did have one option... the option of a color.

Radio was there because they had to put something in, only came in manual, it did have a HUGE trunk compared to competition, but nobody realized. You can put two golf bags in the trunk.

The 350z came out and stole most of the buyers who wanted something more 'cush'.

There were a total of 60k sold in the US... I would guarantee that only half of those are left due to them being wrapped around trees.

The CR editions are the ones with some Supra like ROI. I can't remember how few they made, but iirc one of the yellow ones with a certain seat stitching only had two ever made. Last time i checked, they were selling above MSRP.

I've always wanted to properly drive a brz/fts because of the fact that they are a pretty limited niche market.. One day!

Yeah the new stuff (from the limited stuff I've randomly seen) looks like it's taken from The streets of Tokyo where they have the 4 level spoilers and crazy body work.

This was my first, 2001. I bought it stock since I told myself I wouldn't mod it.... A year later. :annoyed:

And my second, 2006 on the Tail of the Dragon.

Maybe down that way on the way back from Alaska. But that'll be a quick minute!

First I sold when I bought a house. Second was one of the first things to go of the downsizing to sell stuff and GTFO of Florida.

I bought an older Miata after i got the house to try and keep up with autocross. I owned it for under 200 miles... So damn slow.
Looking back, i should've bought a tube bender, welder and chopped the body off and built a DIY Ariel Atom. :bikewheelie2:

I'm not coming if you're bringing a long bed. Sorry. I've done that. Super sucked. Never again. Haha

That said I do have this weekend off so could do Saturday I think.

But seriously I'm not coming if @Kyitty is with a long bed 4 door.
