Ah that would make sense. Seems like a few hundred thousand would be a better figure with all the redesigns it would take by the time you got to a production product

 

yeah i have no idea. Im sure it is extremely complex to start something like that. and expensive.

 

I'm not convinced it's not a scam, all the materials and designs are poorly rendered and very vague. Plus Mesa, AZ is two thirds shithole third world country and one third old people that couldn't afford a place in Scottsdale. Seems fishy to say the least, especially the Raptor giveway and trade for an OR version of their pickup.

well..idk about you but there is no guarantee it won't snow here...ever haha Beartooth pass gets closed at least once or twice in July/August. It dumped last may on us.

So..yeah sure its spring but you're never safe from the snow here!

Dang, that truck looks good in the snow. Tent doesn't look too happy though. Edit: was windy too - good amount of snow waaaaay under the truck.

 

It's weird - every trip I've been on with you has snowed as well. Perhaps we can do something in the summer. You know, when the weather is nice.

Think the energy suspension bushings are your only real good option. Everyone I know that swapped them over noticed no difference from stock other then the cab went back up to the right height.

Or go back to rubber OEM..can't imagine thats cheap though..

It'll be over soon enough, FWIW it isn't snowing up on the hill in Renton, where I would have expected it first so it'll pass fast.

It's the cheapest for sure. The durometer of the natural rubber OEM ones and the poly ones seems to be similar though as most only seem to remark that it put the cab back at the right height.

 

Curious: How can one tell if they need new bushings?

Is it a "feel" thing when driving, or is it just a "looks like I need" thing? Or... ?
