Man, unless you go the OD on cocaine and hookers route, getting that kind of dough dumped in your lap would suck. The amount of time and thought and effort that goes into choosing what to do with over a billion dollars is mind numbing and exhausting. You could spend 100 hours a week trying to do the right thing and fund the right charities and nonprofits and business for the rest of your life and you'd never figure out the right thing to do with half of it...

Opening a bar doesn't make a dent in a billion dollars, neither does paying for truck mods.

Look up interviews with Bill Gates' kids. He made each of them responsible for deciding how to give away a quarter billion.. they all thought it was exhausting and stressful.

Oh yeah. You'd have to hire and pay a lot of people to just control it and use it. PITA for sure.

Still, a lot of good could become of it. With that much, you could just start your own charity and setup a big as trust fund to help it fund itself forever.
