Yeah the house isn't really that big. The inside looks nice. Outside looks terrible I think..

    And the shop..wow. haha

But yes, would like 3 bedrooms or so. Still want to setup a mixing studio of sorts..

Alas, most houses that aren't a pile of junk run from 350-500k+

I just need to win the lotto for this house: https://www.trulia.com/p/mt/red-lodge/37-red-lodge-creek-ranch-rd-red-lodge-mt-59068--2056505333

    Recording studio included!

You can always offer them less. That shop looks awesome.

You guys need an accountant? :D Looks like I could actually afford a house up there.

That's what I was thinking. If that's what a house with a shop on 40 acres is going for out there, doesn't seem to bad. The whole finding work part might be an issue though.

That is so inexpensive. That would be a million dollars easily on the westside.

Something like that doesn't even exist over here. A house like that on 2 acres in Vegas would go for $200k+.

I miss Texas prices where $300k can buy you a 3 bedroom w/20+ acres.

No doubt. Might look into it more. Need the raise to kick in first..ha But surely could wheel and deal something. Its also a bit in the middle of nowhere but thats not a real con for me so much.

haha sadly no. The accountants are New York based for the Sidney Frank Foundation I think..

That is crazy if you think that's affordable. The housing market is weird I guess. I think that is supper expensive..

    coming from Wyo anyways..

The shop is awesome. Looks like 40x100 or 50x80. Be worth it almost alone for that!

Yeah well..theres a Platium Mine here that pays real well. What most people around here do besides Ranch high dollar bulls and just plain black angus.

Yeah well you live in a stupid place :luvya:

Too bad neither of those sound like a job I'd want haha

In all seriousness I'd consider braving the cold to live up there if both the wife and I could find jobs. Be worth it to live out in the country.

For example we want to move closer to family back in Texas, but I really don't want to leave all of the available off road trips that surround me in Vegas. Texas means 12+ hour drives for any decent off road trip at all.

Mostly private land and even if it wasn't private there's not much to see. Too flat. There is Big Bend which I want to see, but that's about it.

New Mexico or Colorado would be about as close as I could be to family and still have off roading nearby. But I don't want to live in drug infested Albuquerque or crowded and overpriced Denver...

    yeah that sucks. haha

My ladys family is in Maine...so yeah. haha

Yeah can't find any on the site.

yeah looking at it again it would have been nice if they had done a bend like they did on the top hoop to get it up a bit higher. Could have looked cool that way too.

God damn I just witnessed one of the craziest sunsets ever. I felt like I was in totality during the eclipse again. Everything was the same golden glow. No shadows. The clouds were on fire. .

    That was nuts
