The Doug demiro review does a good job of showing off the new stuff. Looks neat, I'd rather have the 90s Comanche though for the Jeep truck

Yeah I think regardless of quality it's already cemented itself in Jeep fandom. The Jeep communtiy has been asking for it for awhile I guess. Wife used to have a 4 door soft top, I never really liked it other than the looks. I'm sure with time I could have modded it and had fun but the Tacoma kind of took care of that. Haven't drove a fiat yet but hopefully someday since they are in the US now

If the new Jeep drive like a jk...it won't be a good rig compared to other trucks. Anyone that will be smart enough to test drive them back to back with anything will quickly see that...if it drives like a jk. Which are so horid I can't believe they sell.

Holy shit I forgot you changed your screen name.

Sold the taco? Wasn't the motor blown or something?

Not gonna sell them. I'll do whiteline bushing in them for the single cab. Might sell those ones though but be a minute for that

Hmm, will have to check. Thanks for the heads up. Limit straps, ehh? On all four for me now.

DOES THE INSANITY EVER STOP? :D

I thought the after market ones pushed the spindle out a bit more or something, guess I misunderstood

    No it does not.

But maybe. Not uncommon to do that though generally to keep the uniball bolt from hitting the cup.

Not that direction. Pushes it back towards the cab to add castor. Pushing out away from the frame would effect the camber in a bad way

It will stop for me, eventually. I'm sure of it.

Are all limit straps created equal? Or are there certain ones I should consider?

Pretty sure uniball UCAs do add clearance to the coil, simply because the uniball and surrounding structure are smaller than the balljoint and bigger UCAs. Not sure where SPC arms fit in there, but they may even be worse than stock with the huge adjustable balljoint and structure for it to be adjusted.

    Kartek.

Myself and several others have had issues with trail-gear. My fronts are about toast and will be replaced shortly. That being said, they are wear items and will need to be replaced periodically.

Lol not with the miles you put on. If anything you'll be spending more and more time under the truck...

No not all equal. They need monitored too as they strech and can rip/fray .

Hmm I suppose that could be. I mean my actual spindle is hitting not the ball joint. But I see what you mean when looking at it. Hopefully I'll be adding some soon so I'll be able to compare.
