The Supra is a cultural thing for me. One of those iconic cars of my youth. Amongst the cuntach and F1...

Bmw 135i seems like a decent buy these days if your looking for a car of that genre. I keep seeing good things pop up about them.

Oh way easier. Wouldn't have been doable in the time frame otherwise or at all since it's really just a one bathroom

Yeah I am. Just no inventory here.

Fuck that I'd get an F type before both of those. That car is gorgeous and the sounds it makes are orgasmic.

Oh there is a lot of nice cars here really. But has to be nice. Red Lodge has a huge annual car show. Mostly muscle stuff out here but still a lot of things drive through here. Don't forget, the Beartooth highway is right there. Attracts plenty. Probably nothing compared to the city life of you haha but im always surprised what comes out of the wood work in the right conditions.

Probably 300k house here in Colorado. I've started looking into moving to other states because of the insane cost of housing. Property value increases of close to 15% a year! Sounds like the market is high almost everywhere right now though.

yeah other than a few places. Mostly small pockets. I just live in an odd area that is somehow desirable to vacationers and summer home folks despite the terrible land access and the miners don't help either.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Housing market should go bust soon. I am already seeing it drop here in NorCal... houses have dropped 5% in the past 6 months from when the wife and I first looked. I'd suspect recession/crash in the next 18 months-2 years. I am amazed that the market has done that in Wyoming. But seeing as a lot of the CO retirees and people who like to keep their freedoms keep moving up there, it was only a matter of time.

eh Wyoming has stayed more or less steady. Can't count Jackson/Pindale..barely even Wyo there haha

But MT has blown up. Seems it goes back and forth between MT and CO on where the Cali people like to run away too. Seem to gloss over ID and Wy a lot of the time. Its hella cold in Wy though so that doesn't help. Much smaller job market there too.

that would be interesting though if that happened. All the more reason to not buy anything yet.

I keep hoping the market will implode in roughly a year to a year and a half haha. We shall see :D

I don't feel bad, if it never crashed it wouldn't be realistic and everything would be caught in the hyper expensive California pricing brackets even when local income is well below that being realistic.

that's true I guess. Always sucks for the people that get kicked out of their houses though.

This typically only happens when sales are forced with renters involved though. Most people should be able to retain their homes through a housing market collapse, albeit they'll just be paying too much still haha
