If anyone is in the market for a chainsaw I can say give huztl.net a look. I've got about 6 tanks through this Stihl ms361 clone and it's been great. Feels cheaper than the real thing but cuts the same. I'm not always about supporting China clones and say buy local but I strayed from that this time around. Got to me in two weeks from them.

18" for now. It's a 60cc saw so it can pull a 24" if needed and the bar oiler will keep up. Been helping my dad with a bunch of wind downed white oak. No shortage of work...

I do enjoy it as well. For short periods...
The smells and the sweat conjur up some good memories.

    @SconnieHailer

Mark, didn't you have a route mapped out that went all offroad somewhere between I-80 and like Sweetwater station or something? Thinking of messing around in that area this weekend.

Also Monte - hows the snow pack up that way. Morrison & Goose possible in a month?

I think I have gpx somewhere. It went from lander to kilpecker sand dunes. So not exactly where you're looking for. But there is a lot of roads in the red desert area, just explore man!

Ah, guess I didn't remember exactly. It's been a few years. Which reminds me, I still owe you a beer.

I'll grab a map and see where I end up.

    Dang that ain't bad

Not good. Hasn't stopped snowing up there really haha

Morrison has a spot that drifts bad and always takes a while. Goose usually thaws out but a lot of trails are still really snowed in. Will have to see..

The higher country roads are gonna (maybe) open up just in time for it to start snowing again it seems

No worries, you have pretty good memory you're in the neighborhood! Killpecker sand dunes are cool to check out. Monte was there not long ago I believe. I miss desert driving a lot. Mainly just because it's so different than crawling. If you're near bags (south and east of) you'll find lots of private oil land fyi. Really pretty but gated :pout:

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Are the D amps actually better or just more power efficient. Cause as I recall their output is far more dirty, hence why they have been preferred for bass amps since that cannot be detected as easily

Same here. We got a couple feet at the top of the mountain two weeks ago. I still haven't been in the high country, and it sounds like some of the passes won't open at all this year.

Anyways, I'll check in again in a few weeks.

    Appreciate the info.

Yeah I mean both those trails never open until July 15th at the earilest anyways. But likely be August I'd guess at the earliest. Depends on how hot it decides to get this summer haha

Saw something about that. I thought it was only in Europe though and wasn't a total lose but we'd get bumped to Tier 2 from 1 for useage. Which isn't good either..but still. Need to look at it more.
