And Youtube's highest audio coded(AAC 256kbps) is definitely no match for the 1156kbps WAV file on the CD you have. But I'll give it a listen either way.

Cool. Well, gotta get the actual SACD to hear it in real Surround. Cool video though of behind the scenes and stuff.

 

That's one thing that's very nice about my job at least, it's low stress. I don't particularly like to work, but if I'm going to, I like to do good work. I don't need extra stress from someone elses problems to mess up my quality. I don't put up with it historically. I'll do what I can to help but if you need me to rush to the point of heavy stress you need to either plan better and I'll tell you that, or you need to delegate to more people and I'll tell you that. Thankfully my current job is good about delegation, but I've had ones that weren't and acted like my life was entirely dedicated to their service. I work to live, I don't live to work

Setting appropriate boundaries is really important to. It's good to speak up on things that don't work for you. I made it very clear when I started my current job that I will not check my work email outside of work, or take any phone calls outside of business hours. I can deal with work at work, and leave it at the door when I leave.

Last couple days is one of the few exceptions to that, but I guess I can make that work for a couple days a year.

 

I have the same attitude. It has come back to bite me a few times here and there since the military has a "we own your entire life" mentality... But like it was said earlier, work to live don't live to work.

And here I am 17 days in of not going to work. Just checking/answering email.

Well New LBJs didn't solve my problem. I guess that means my LCAs hole is over tapered possibly from them coming loose and getting slammed around.

gonna contact Solo and see what they say. All Pitman pullers don't fit so only way to remove it to beat on the LBJ. Don't love that..but was able to get it out.

My upper ball joints are also pretty much gone. So UCA time. I have a set of used SPC ones that need the old bushings cut out which I could use. Part of me though wants to get some Heimed uppers and solid mount the lowers..


Got the shock bolt out as well and new spherical bearings put in, man I need to get a vice..and a press.

 

You could still solid mount the lowers with the SPC and get your alignment. Is the main purpose of the heimed uppers to just eliminate a bushing? How dialed do you really need the upper bj position to be?

 

nah the point would be to just...never need an alignment really again.

Even with my stock uppers the position was fine due to the solo LCAs. But be nice to add caster with the upper mainly to recenter the wheel slightly.

 

Well it's not Taco related but I took my IS300 apart. The 2J timing set is super easy but fuck are all the timing marks for the VVTi part hard to follow. Plus I have to change every seal including the ones in the VVTi cam gear. Going slow. Looks neat tho
