    But im not totally sure if they fit in between the bolts of the new flip plate. I know that is what most guys do though..so..must fit good.

    i still have the job. just not for me so i'm looking elsewhere.
    yeah, i've looked at a few of them but not too many that are not seasonal. i'm still just trying to find something i want/like to do. i've got quite a few resume's out and might have a good line on a few jobs with the school district here. i have yet to hit up the workforce center but if nothing pans out i'll probably hit them up.
