It's good side work, I don't overbook on stuff. Usually it's just onesy twosy stuff for friends. This guy does wraps for a couple of my friends and they passed my name on. He wanted a simple wheeler. He got the runner in trade for work. He makes a ton staying booked wrapping cars so I don't blame him for hiring someone to build a decent truck to run some trails and camp in his free time.

 

yeah cool. Those trucks can be cool. Man are they slugs though.

 

That's the best part, he's got a 3.4 and computer to put in. That's a couple months from now. But it's an easy swap

welp. Officially a temporary land owner. 10.6 acres for a painful price. But its super nice land thats remote but not ultra remote. And has natural gas. Plus killer views.

Hopefully the rest works out.

Run an amortization schedule on your note so you can understand the interest side better. Paying a little ahead each month will save you alot o $$$

 

Nope. Gotta build. Doing a modular house which is actually quite nice. 2 story cape cod I hope.

yeah probably be a bit before i can pay ahead, basically once PMI goes off and then hopefully I keep getting raises..ha but yeah it's nuts how much you really pay over time, even with the super low interest rates right now.

 

Yeah I'm looking at commercial property and found one I liked until I paid closer attention to how it would shake out. If I had just paid the minimum and carried to term they would of made $268,000 in interest on me. Making double payments I still would of paid $100k, that was at 4.3%. Which is good for commercial. Can do alot of cool things for that much money.

 

yeah i know. I mean there is no way really around it unless you have a lot of cash or can do the higher payments of like a 15 year. You almost end up paying double what the cost was which is freaking nuts.
