    I figure despite the rain storms tonight I can leave it open for tonight. I'll be replacing the wood and bleaching the hell out of it to be safe tomorrow. Fan is drying it for now. Just sucks to find it, and of course makes you wonder if the PO knew. . . I am frustrated, but that's not appropriate because that's par for the course buying a 20yr old used motorhome. There's going to be 10% of the purchase price worth of repairs to do. I hoped I had been "lucky".
