My allergies were bad. But those don't make you ache. And the amount of flem and shit in my throat and nose is like 10x worse.

 

Is it effecting your sense of taste and smell too?

 

No not yet. All seems fine there thankfully.

 

You can be quite predictable sometimes

It's all but a thing of the past here. It's not in the news, it's not talked about, it's like it's no longer a thing. At a certain point that has to be true right?

Lots of people up here celebrating the best damn country on the planet this weekend. I'm not complaining, I'm glad there are still an abundant number of people that love this country and not the shit storm that comes across the media's day in and day out. Sure we aren't perfect but I believe we are better than all the rest.

 

A little humor for y'all on a Friday. Wednesday I bit the bullet and dropped my van and rabbit off at a shop to fix the AC in them. Took green truck to work yesterday only to get a call that my wife's mini wouldn't start. Lost 3/4 of my cars in one swing but ol' reliable keeps on trucking. The last month has been hell. When it rains, it pours

 

Hell for maintenance?

Next Tuesday! Headed up now to check out the 2nd floor walls. Was fun walking on it yesterday with nothing up there. View is gonna be nice.

No solar on the house. Shop will get Solar though and hopefully battery banks.

No wells allowed up here, water table is too low output. We do however have a community water system so we don't need to haul it either. Still have a 2000 gal cistern though.


Lots of windows was a requirement for Devin. Didn't seem quite so ridiculous when the house was 36x32 but not is 32x28 haha Still it's awesome. Paid for that view, i wanna see it!

 

How are you doing with your covid? Has it run its course?

 

Mostly yeah. Very small cough and still runny nose. But I'm doing goodm Devin is suffering right now. Is in the coughing stages.

 

Good to hear you are on the mend. I hope Devin feels better soon.

 

Yeah she's only 3 days into showing symptoms so probably has a couple days left.

I'm still testing positive so probably not going to work for a day or two still.

 

@Reh5108 Where did you source your water to air intercooler goodies from. I scavenged an electric BMW water pump out of our parts bin here, but I could use some recommendations on a radiator core and the actual intercooler core. Did you use a surge tank or water box?
