Some of the people who moved here from out of state in the last few years have put their houses up for sale. This winter was a bit much for them. Thank you Mother Nature.

Happens every time we get a normal Wyoming winter. They move out here in one of the mild years and then panic about how bad it is, and you can see the horror in their eyes when you tell them "yeah, this is what a normal winter is like here. We get weak ones, but this is what winter is supposed to be." Most aren't willing to accept that the whole state will get shut down for days/weeks at a time, but you still have to show up to work.

I still think this winter wasn't terrible. But more normal sure. The fall was so long a nice. Winter didn't really seem to start until mid December. Have had years it hits hard in September and doesn't stop until may ha

While technically a Rocky Mountain boy, I will always consider myself a Wyoming boy, at heart.
I was born it MT (dad was Air Force), but spent my formative years growing up and exploring many remote corners of Wyoming, from 2 1/2 to 27 years old. Like many, I ended up heading south to CO to find work in the 80s, and built a good life here, but would have come back in a heartbeat, had I seen a good opportunity crop up.
Now, I'm preparing to make the biggest move of my life, as my wife and I are heading to Florida for a warmer climate retirement.

I will continue to run a Cowboy Joe decal on the back window of my Taco, though!

Yes, nice mild fall. Not a long or particularly cold winter, but we have had more snow, by far, than most winters. Lots of people needed to hire big front end loaders to clear their driveway when in most years a plow on the front of a pickup is plenty.

Yeah definitely more snow. Southern/central half especially.

Gross! Weather's finally cleared up enough to setup a photoshoot of my wife's car in preparation of it's sale. Really starting to feel like spring here

Hey guys, I'm in the market for new tires. Got my K02's at the end of 2015 . Been awesome having lasted this long. Thinking of trying the toyo OC rt trail. Anyone have experience with them? Monte what were you running that you liked on the red truck?

    Thanks guys!

I have them on the 4 door currently which has sat for the past 5 years or so, but before that had them on the extended cab built truck. I like them, i purchased them too wide so that was my only complaint

Thanks Brett, I think I remember seeing them on your truck now that I think about it.

Yea I'm going down a size to 285/75/16. The 295 rub on my UCA anyway at full lock.

Mine are 295/70/17. I think 285 would work, hard to say tho. I'm looking into the Toyo at3 for the 4runner.

Felt like that the last week. Then bam! Spring snow storm. Ground was just drying out too.

    Which car is that?

I have the Kenda klever R/T in 33x10.5r17. Been a great tire. And we're very affordable through simple tire.com would highly recommend. Think they have gone up in price but I got them for a few bucks if $800 for 4 just over a year ago.

The mini. Have all the detailing and repairs complete so now we just need to get the photos done and it'll be ready to go

Anybody use any of these bushings and would advise to stay away? Intrigued with possibility of not having to order a bunch of separate things.

Their cab mount bushings are good, as are the leaf and shackle bushings.

I would go with Whiteline for LCA, and TC for the steering rack.

What else does it come with that you need?

Steering rack is my issue, but figured with the miles and looking at some the others why not just start replacing them. I'll take a look at TC for the rack

The TC rack bushings are far superior compared to the very soft ES ones.

I have a set of white lines collecting dust in my garage. They are yours if you pay for shipping.
