I'd drive one. But mainly because I can charge it at work  and I'd love a super quiet drive which at least the R1 was considered one of the quietest vehicles on the road at speed. R2 might not be due to cost savings. Will see.

The R3x could have potential to be a super fun car performance wise.

And while the feedback might not be the same I'm sure they have personality. Just different.

But I still find evs a bad bandaid to a larger issue. Oh and still expensive haha

Why don't you just upload to flckr and share via the BBcode?

Also Light room makes bluring the background with their filters and vignette filters very easy to do. Just get LR already for the love of God man haha

Does your phone have personality? I'm sorry but I just don't see it. Don't get me wrong I have always wanted a cheap ev commuter, boring, cheap and simple.

Because I edit the photos, save them to my phone, then go sit on the couch, pop in TW, and am too lazy to go back to the PC to use links.

And am trying to learn how to use masks and layers in PS. Just need some practice.

Haha man you bet! I did something to it to bend it so it's got a curve to it! Very unique. Custom made lol and honestly every electronic thing I use has a personality. Or does to me. But I'm odd like that. Connection to machines for me has always been different. And now electronics even more so given my job.

I think the performance of them should give them something plus handling is still a lot of the personality.

The R3x would be a fun very zippy commuter. 0-60 in under 3 seconds. Your amg can't touch that.

Download the Flickr app dude. Get the links from your phone haha

And Lightroom is just much more streamlined. You'll work much faster and get better results given the way you work. I promise.

Machines are more inclined to have personality due to their foibles. Faults give personality, and I don't feel that with electronics or software. Trust me my companies software would have A LOT of personality. Hell @turbodb would think Excel has a ton of personality too haha

No mines not that quick, but it sounds incredible, it barks, it pops, snappy gear shifts, and would certainly bury the rivian on the top end, it was still pulling at 145mph, allegedly.

Nope, as you found out, no BB code from the app.

And I'll have to look at what I'm paying for from Adobe. I have PS2024, but the Lightroom classic is a trial only. Either way I think that's the biggest weakness in my process. I have the gear, I have the eye and patience, I can edit the images fine but to make them really pop will take some work.

The cool thing is my girl asked last night if I could teach her photography as she is interested in it, so it'll be fun to share a passion with someone. And usually through teaching someone else, you learn more yourself.

    whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa.....whoa....who.

    my

    GIRL??????

All other conversation is now deemed irrelevant. haha

    deets now mutha fucka!

I think we had all discussed this recently and deemed LRc is not needed just the standard LR which I think you have with Photography subscription. So get LR and start testing it out! It'll feel very familiar but different. Tons of great tutorials out there as well.

Software is...it's own thing and personality to me. But electronic devices definitely have personality to me. I get that from the microphones and processors I use all the time. They are all different slightly. Like surely you think that about your camera(s) and lenses ya know?

Oh yeah been dating a girl for the last month. You'll have to wait until the last week of the month to find out more, but suffice to say, it's been incredibly refreshing and fun.

I am not sure why LR isn't on my PC if I am paying for it. I'll look into that next week, pretty slammed today and out of the country this weekend. A lot of the workflows Ive seen online include it as part of folks editing process so it's valid that I need to explore it.

And no my camera setup just works. I love it but no personality. My cars have more personality because I know that there are things I have to do to make them work. The car MUST be up to temp otherwise the engine and trans get pissy. The truck, the syncros in 4th are going out so you gotta slot it in just right, the steering goes more right than it does left so you keep that in mind when swinging into tight parking spaces, the van likes to pop out of 4lo on inclines that requires you to keep pressure on the lever, the suicide door needs closed really firm to fully seal with both doors close, the spare tire swing out closes a bit different than the other or it'll unlatch... those foibles, that you have to treat them each different to get the most out of them. When it comes to software/electronics, they have their glitches and yes you can find a work around but that feels annoying and not endearing.

Hm replaced the carrier bearing today and lubed up the drive shaft. Still vibrates starting at 45-50mph and only when on the gas. Not sure what else to check.

Rear u joint at the pinion? Pop it off the flange and check if it’s crunchy, can check the pinion for play at the same time.

I check the joints for play when dropping the drive shaft for the bearing. Nothing felt loose. But will pull the rear one. Usually that's the one to go. And I don't think I've ever changed it. Just Frankenstein and lil trucks.

Tire are in like new condition. Probably have less than 10k on them or so. And if it was tires/wheels/bearings it wouldn't be load dependant. It's only under load/acceleration it vibrates.

Just gonna pop in here for a second.

Is the check engine light working?

I had something similar going on with 02, changed the center bearing, ujoints, tires balanced, rotated, what not.

Was a misfire with a burnt out CEL... duh

could also shoot some grease into the ujoint, will cure it long enough to know if that's what the problem is.

I just greased all of them.

I don't have a CEL. And strangely my scan gauge is dead? Which is odd. Unless it froze too much. Idk what could kill it. So can't check with that even to see if I have a code.

It's for semi need coil packs. Maybe 35k on them. Plugs might be bad.

But it's not rpm dependent either the vibe is the same at 2k or 4k so not sure it's a misfire.

Wondering if it could be the torque converter. I put a new flex plate in a while ago but not a new converter.

How many miles on Igor now? My first guess is the rear u joint, after that the diff though. You’ve got some hard miles on those 4.10’s

Yeah I'm just gonna order a u joint. Had Devin's car torn apart today and just put it back together. Will tear Igor apart tomorrow.

276k on Igor. I sure hope it's not the diff

Where do you feel the vibes? Seat/butt or steering wheel/peddles?

Typically, vibes in the 45-55 mph range are wheels or tires.

Nothing in the steering wheel. It just starts at 40ish and gets worse the faster you go. But only if gas is applied doesn't matter if its WOT or just cruising. It's the same vibration.

Shakes the cab, hard to pin point front or rear.

Hm, only happens under load eh? I think I'm with Jaxon on this. It does sound like a misfire. How many miles on the spark plugs plug wires. Have you looked at the plugs? Any arcing from the plug wires. That would be visible in darkness.
