I just re-read this and picked up on the fact that these go behind the shackles at the rear of the frame. That's cool! Thanks for the offer. If I feel like the 6T aren't going to balance well, I might take ya up on it.

I’m not sure how high you can get the back end with jack stands and cribbing, the main thing I’ve used these for is to get the frame high enough to droop out the 63’s with enough room to break down the leaf packs on the truck.

If the van is coming, you don't need skids, just saying. I'm in this awkward spot of do I go work on it in the work parking lot now that its under 100 degrees or do I cherish sleep and go to bed....

Love that. Seems so much more stable than just having stands up front of the leafs.

Yeah, I sort of figured that, but thought that maybe there'd be some out-and-back trail where you'd ride along in a passenger seat.

As for your dilema, I'm going to bed. But then again, I'm planning to get up at 5am again tomorrow. Was great out there today... though the neighbors probably weren't fans.

I've never had issues doing just jack stands. But Dan's way is obviously more stable and safer hands down.

Most the trails to the lakes are out and backs. So more likely we will just be waiting a long time for him to catch up. And Mike if he still insists on tail gunning behind the elephant haha

Hmm car sells next Thursday. Hopefully they can arrange shipping before we have to leave, otherwise it may mean I have to find y'all out on the trail. Monte of I download Gaia would I be able to snag the route from you and would you know roughly where you'll be each night? I know I have the ham and I have aprs when I have service, but that might not be widely available in that area.

My shocks are rebuilt and truck feels good enough to go on another trip before the front suspension goes in the bin forever. Excited for a trip, I need a fucking break. This was supposed to be a down week for me but now I'm rewiring an RX-7 engine bay and helping install a new fuel system too. :/ Fuck sleep I guess, get after it Ben

I wouldn't guarantee that every time. I tail gun when no one else is willing. Now that we are all running hams that becomes a little less important. And I suspect this trip there will bee others who cherish that spot because of photography.

Nice! You get what you wanted out of it?

Yeah I can send it to you. There is not a defined "route" per say the entire time and no I have no clue where we will end up night to night. Ideally at the lakes is all I hope to aim for camp wise. But should be easy to figure out where we are going before you loose service.

Nice, why in the bin? or does that mean the LT is going on?

Dan's probably the only one with enough patience to be behind that thing. I think I'd actually go insane, might as well fucking walk

He might hate it honestly. At least Mike had an auto so being stuck in "traffic" isn't as annoying haha

It goes live on the auction tomorrow and then is live for 7 days. I screwed up with the timing of it, thats 100% on me. it just means i may not be able to head that way till monday or tuesday, unless the buyer is cool waiting a week for transport. Usually it takes a few days to transfer funds and arrange that shit.

Still struggling to get the shocks in. hopefully i can get it done this weekend. the lower mount is a turd. hopefully i can get a second set of hands in there to help make it happen. cant do it on my own :(

It's time for LT, I could probably be satisfied with better front coilovers on the mid travel but if I'm going to throw that kind of money at it I'd rather just buy longer coilovers and spend a little extra on arms. With how expensive just a pair of ads front coilovers are now for the stock nonsense the price to performance makes sense for LT.

People always sleep on that crap and pee on their leg when it comes to picking out shipping anyway because they're trying to save every last fucking Dollar on transport.

Ah gotcha. Well it'll be fine. Long as you come either way.

Fair point. I was curious if you'd potentially changed your mind on the front LT given the new plans for the rear camper setup.

Not that im anti LT :D but there are cons to it..None that out weigh the ride benefits.

You don't have to pop a clutch in and out...in and out...in and out...innnnnn and out.
