lol I just max the camber out on them. Let the ball joint go all the way out and suck it down very tight. That way if they move I can put it back easy.

Never had an issue. My cam tabs are never crossed up either. Im sure the solo arms help with that though too.

I had to put my SPCs (almost) all the way in to get camber to 0.

And mine are damn near centered and my cams aren't crossed up... But I aligned mine on a rack with no time limit

Nah, when I had them out, camber was WAY off. Was like \ --------- / (1.2° out)

It's been ages since I touched them. I set them somewhere back in the day and then every time I would take it in I would get high caster, perfect camber and toe. They've never needed adjusted, until I left them that way when I lowered the truck, and then camber was fucked up until I lifted it again lol

LCAs are maxed out; have to be in order to get any caster, b/c the SPCs are set forward to keep the tires off the back of the wheel well. I'm not running those fancy LCAs that do the forward work for me. :)

Mine are maxed to the outside and cams are crossed to the max as well. I've been curious to get mine on a rack to see how close my diy alignments are.

Is everyone else getting about a year out of the ball joint? That's my only complaint with them.

Yeah fair. Mine aren't crossed up at all. Almost identical and not maxed out either.

I've only got about a year or two out of them it seems. Kind of over it to point I'd rather get something else.

Probably change em this year and keep these ones as trail spares. I keep wearing out the damn SPC x-axis joints though, the balljoints last fine so I'm lucky there I guess but fuck I have enough play in the a-axis joints at the frame to change caster pretty noticeably, not to mention the noise.

SPC warranties them for 3y/30K as far as I know. I just got a new set of arms b/c of the play in the X-Axis on mine (which they tricked me into "upgrading" to, by telling me they were a "lifetime" joint, if you recall).

I'm not installing the replacement arms, I'm going to try to sell them. I reinstalled some of the v1 tubular variant with the specride poly bushings. I got almost 120K out of the bushings on my original SPC UCAs.

Ball joints are no longer greaseable on the newest SPC arms. Not sure that's a good thing, I like greasing this kind of thing.

I've not yet worn a set of ball joints out yet. First set was ~120K and still fine. Second set are at 45K and aren't tight-tight, but no noticeable play or problems.

They just say they do, it's total lip service. I couldn't with all my charm get them to even send me a fucking joint to install myself let alone a replacement arm. I'm chalking your win up to influencer clout.

RIP to the poor bastard that buys em haha, they don't even get the "warranty"

The latest set of BJ's i got for my tubulars are not greaseable either. Even though the PN and photo showed they were. So not sure that's a thing at all any more.

Yet again another(3rd) reason why I might move to something else. Can't be sad as I got mine for a great deal used.

I don't think they know that I have an unpopular blog. I used my personal email address with them. Maybe it's just that they told me the wrong thing (lifetime) and so have to eat crow b/c I have it in writing.

Did you purchase SPC arms (isn't there someone that white boxes them? I could see those not being covered.) If you have the receipt and in the right timeframe, I don't see how they could refuse you...

Yeah I've got the RockAuto ones. They came in a SPC box though funny enough. I'm about done with em, rather heim a set of chromoly tubular arms, I still want the adjustability but these aren't worth dealing with anymore. Their quality has slipped too far and their replacement parts have skyrocketed in price... AKA they found a better way to make profit. I'll toss these things up on TW for free when the time comes, certainly not going to expect someone to pay for disappointment.

I went through 2 sets of ball joints and a set of bushings in short order on my 2nd gen.

Heims and uniballs and treating me much better.
