No way man! The north folk is like famous for fly fishing. And the Clark's fork.

I hope you're bringing elbow pads with you so you don't get roughed up rubbing elbows with people next to you fishing... Place gets so crowded in the summer.

True. I've caught more fish on the North Fork of the Shoshone than any river in my life. And I've only fished there for ~5 years. 60+ fish a day.

Nice I've got some great friends from Powell. A lot older than you so pretty sure you wouldn't know them lol. I want to climb the south fork ice soon hopefully in the next 2 weeks before the season ends. Totally amazing formations over there. You ever go play in the Sunlight Basin?

Dude I LOVE Sunlight! Anytime I'm in Cody I always go there. 1,000's of Ground Squirrels to shoot, and great Wolf and Elk hunting. Freaking gorgeous too.

 

Its awesome man! I've been over there on ATV's with my buddies from Powell and you can get into some awesome terrain over there. Its been way to long since I've gotten to adventure over there.

 

Yea dude ice climbing is huge up the south fork.

I've never done it wouldn't mind trying though.

And I don't spend a lot of time in sunlight either. Haha

Haha. But it has to be in my top 5 favorite places on Earth.

 

Its seriously addictive and super dangerous which makes it all the more exciting. And the south fork is the best ice in the lower 48

On a side note how do you like your CVT I've been thinking about getting one?

 

Might have to run up there again this year.

 

I go to Red Lodge every July for the Beartooth motorcycle rally and we always take Chief Josephs up the Cooke City and over the Beartooth pass to get there. Bar none the most beautiful ride I've ever taken. I've head that Glacier Park is pretty close but I've never made it up there.

 

5-10 years?! Shit dude..I'm not even on a yearly schedule. Idk what the hell is gonna happen to me even this summer yet or this fall

I have no idea where or what ill be doing in 5 years haha but if I'm here you bet man

 

I was supposed to go there when I was 12, but my grandparent's motorhome broke down when we were on the way there and I had to spend a week in Billings until it got fixed

 

Its on my list of places to possible end up too, Red Lodge is another.

 

Glacier park is way up north in MT. but is also supposed to be gorgeous.

 

Ugh that would suck. Billings isn't on my list of places to spend a week haha Nice to visit for a short weekend but that's about it. lmao

 

I started out heading up there last July got side tracked and ended up in Cody over the 4th and then wandered around over in your neck of the woods rest of the week before heading home.
