Depends on where you live really. I've had ATT for 5 years and haven't had any issues where other providers much better. It seems to me like either Verizon or ATT are both good companies to go with.

Yeah, Verizon has done good for me in Wyo...just their prices. AT&T isn't much better but I like their phone line up better.

And Brent, wyoming is like the ass hole of cell networks...no one likes us :p.

I forgot AT&T bought out alltel though so they probably have the most Wyoming Coverage.

Verizon bought out Alltel. I've always had great luck with Verizon but yeah their prices are a bit steep. I think it is worth since I am always the last to lose service when in the backwoods.

    ^ This. haha

Our family had been using Sprint for like 13 years, I stayed on the family plan or whatever and after I moved to Wyo they threatened to drop us despite the so-called "unlimted" roaming.:mad:

Dammit Brady I knew AT&T actually bought out alltel. It was just a huge mess but AT&T should have better coverage by using their networks.

Also, just about fought the damn verizon sales people. First of all they just about ripped my head off when I said I was considering other options. After about 15 minutes of them bringing up the better service and blahblahblah I mentioned that AT&T had bought the towers...which they didn't even know about.

The managers argument was that ATT sucks (yes, she actually said sucks) because she has a phone from ATT and calls get dropped all the time. She said she would show me and brings her phone out...full bars. I look at mine and I have 3 bars. She then tells me that they sold her the phone telling her it was 4g but actually was 3g...which shows she didn't do any research or knew a damn thing about the phone. Why is she the manager and how does showing me that she personally has ATT going to sell me on verizon?

So I finally got them to just give me a quote which they told me 2 gigs and the lowest minutes for $75. I told him to bump it to 4 gigs and that's $90. I am not sure why they think I would agree to that when for $15 more I have unlimited everything. After bickering for a minute the guy tells me some guy got a deal for 6 gigs for $30 plus the additional line fees for a special deal because he had unlimited. 1 gig I believe is $40

Soon as I asked him why he wouldn't give me that deal right off the bat and wasted an hour of my time he simply said he didn't think I would want it.
