    I dont see why you cant do both? No reason to go into massive debt or toss money away to rent for no reason. The guy built his tiny house for under 30k and can move it if he really needed to. Perfect for the single guy or even a couple that doesnt need excessive space. Pretty cool project too.

    Yeah I don't know why people want such big houses. My wife and I designed up our dream home and it's under 2000 sq ft. (including the basement, but not the garage). We actually fit really well into our little 1200 sq ft townhouse with a little single car garage. Even should there be an accident :)pray:) there is a 2nd bedroom for the kid right now.

    Though I do plan on dumping a lot of money into a tools and such. haha

    I occasionally see a small house and a MASSIVE shop out here. Obviously the man runs that house :laugh:.

    I am realizing day by day that I am probably never going to settle into a career :cool:.
