I'd like to see some more members with it first but I'm not ruling it out.

Haha yeah. I think Marc's Pelfrey bumper is sexy as hell. Big Cheese is just sexy as hell in general. Your dad's Demello is sick as shit too.

There are a ton of nice 2nd gen bumpers.

All the 2nd gen bumper manufactures keep saying they're working on 1st gen designs, but it never happens.

The new Demello bumper is beef too.

    Pelfrey is awesome though too.

    And bruteforce.

Think those would be my choices if I was a 2nd gen.

    Yeah, it sucks....

Guess I'll be sticking with Relentless for 1st gen front bumper stuff since he's the only one left.

I had hoped that CBI would design something new with all of the hybrids they made for the 4Runners over the past few years.

I have been talking with Adam at 4xinovations and he has a new bumper. It looks good. Closer to the elite then the relentless. But he designed it for 98-00s. He needs to make an adaptor for the shorter frame ends for 95-97/01-04 trucks. I have offered my truck for the design but we haven't been able to nail down a good weekend to do it. But I have seen photos and it looks real good. No idea how much it would cost. I'd guess 7-900 though.

It weighs 90lbs in the lighter configuration and up to 115lbs with full hoops.

Not really. Allpro's steel apex bumper with full hoops is something like 150lbs. It's not shaving a ton of weight off but it is shaving a decent amount. It's not like its missing that much steel.

Would love to know what my KM2's would feel like if they were siped.... Closest place to get it done is in Colorado though

Did they say why they're thinking about removing them?

Kinda wish i test drove one before buying mine just for the sake of comparison. I hear the power comes on a bit earlier in the 15's. I don't mind the turbo lag in mine though, it kinda adds to the overall experience feeling the turbo wake up out of nowhere. The interior on the 15's looks extremely nice too. They're 6 speeds as well arent they?

Very cool. Mine has the STI short throw in it as well. Same thing though, nice and direct. I'd imagine being a 6 speed 1st gear is probably a little shorter compared to a 5. 2nd is where it's at though :burnrubber:

That would make sense. 1st is pretty spunky so you run out of gear pretty quick. I know my '13 doesnt wind out very far in 1st so i imagine with the 6 speed its even shorter. I think my next trip to billings i'm gonna try to test drive one just for shits and giggles. Maybe try out a bf8r6sz while i'm at it.

If I can't give you shit for something what kind of friend would I be??

    Interesting

    For normal KMs?

If you didn't drive it I wouldn't decide till you do. Big difference on the seats there.

1st gear in a 5sp vs 6 will be way shorter. So of course it won't get going as fast in first.

Ferguson BS is going down tonight..oh boy..
