When I got my 125 is was only a little more than an 80 which was only a little more than a 40 and they all cost about the same to fill up... and I walked out of there with a 125...

 

How heavy is that? Seems massive.

Gage get the tank that is 27 inches high and 8 inches in diameter. I can't remember which cf that is. That's the tank I have.

 

Also how is the first week of work ben?

 

Alright, I'm waiting until I get to Laramie to see if shops exhange or just refill the tanks. I'd hate to buy a nice shiny new one and just exchange it for a crappy tank.

 

I think that is an 80 from the diagram I posted in my build thread, but could be a 60 or somewhere in between.

I just bought a crappy tank from Airgas and they just exchange them. If you have a nice tank I'm sure they can fill them, but I think it cost more to have one filled rather than exchange. I can't remember for sure since that was over a year ago and other places may do it different anyway.

Good to know Brady. Looks like the closest airgas is Cheyenne so I'll probably have to go through a small welding store.

I got a quick fix for my air intake problems. I went to home depot to get better zip ties and a few hose clamps. I figured I could find something stronger than panty hose and came across paint respirators. Just clamped it to the intake and hoping all goes smooth. I am curious to see if its going to clog up or freeze.
