I drove across southern Wyoming last weekend. Anyone here with a mag gray second gen with what I think was an All-Pro Apex front bumper?

 

Not that we know of.

Whew...what a project.

 

Haha....no idea..if ever.

Took a ton of work. I'd guess close to 80-90 hours into mikes rear bumper. It's totally bitchen though. I'm kinda jealous. Ha it's very nice. You'll see it, it's slick.

And I had Jon to help me, he did like 90% of the welding. He is just better at it then me. It was nice having an extra set of hands to help and eyes.

So yea, mostly my design and all but Jon helped a lot with the actual work.

A front would be easier though, not near as complex as this one.

But still...probably won't build another any time soon haha I have WAY to much stuff I have to build for my own truck this summer.

Was a lot of fun to do though. It seriously is an awesome bumper, like I want it. Haha

 

Heading out to Cherokee Park, CO this Saturday for some snow bashing with Cheyenne Trail Crew.

 

I got a couple of guys wanting front bumpers. Plate should be somewhat easier once a prototype/first bumper is made. Want to jump on the bandwagon?

I'd be tempted to join! Probably won't be on the road to Laramie until Saturday now. Plus I don't want to risk these ori's taking a crap on me until I can fill them. Post some pics!

Also, I told Mike but you guys did an awesome job on that bumper! I was comparing it to your elite and wouldn't be able to tell the difference had I known you guys made it.

 

Thanks man. It's very similar. But also different. The side protection is actually better. And the under side too as its sloped to let dirt wash out and mine is flat.

And it's a lot slimmer. Swing out is way different and stronger. Other small details. But I'd be lying if I said it wasn't modeled after my own elite haha

I'm stoked for your bumpers. You add the swingout to the order?

 

I am actually about to send him a pm once I get back to my parents house. I'm done for the year after all this haha. Probably done with the truck outside of a skid till I graduate too. Unless a smoking deal pops up.

 

Just asked a guy why he had a belt on to do pull downs and cable curls. He thought I was serious
