So...I need a quad copter. sub $500 greater than 300meter range. Parts kit preferred. Sketchier the better to haul a gopro. Thoughts?

YUP DJI. I have a friend that custom builds them if your interested. They are all over the states and his last one went to Africa for a couple weeks then got left as it took a dip in one of the big rivers to never be recovered. Between camera (some fancy pro type camera) and octocopter was over $8,000

I looked into these but not sure how i feel about them.
