    Anyone have knowledge with legal contracts? I may be keeping my current place at a lower cost since I took care of things and the landlord likes me. I'll have to get 1-2 new roommates however and will be the only one on the lease. The landlord is fine with me taking charge of everything on my own but I need to make sure I can't be screwed over and have the option of evicting if need be. Essentially I pay the landlord and utilities once a month. I need a contract stating that whoever I choose to live here pays me x amount each month. If said amount doesn't get paid I can evict and sue.
