I've been fairly hard on my from for many years now. I would not be surprised by anything really. Trying to be prepared for it tho. But there are some items you can't bring spares for.

Exactly. I'm really going to have to cut back on packing too. Nothing over the bed rails now. I doubt I'll get to the point of cutting down to one sub too.

 

Only need one sub... Good excuse to build a better box for the one

Got up on the loop road today and ran half of xtina. Was a good time and felt good to stretch big cheez' legs. Ran the tires at 12psi for giggles and man was it smooth but they looked pretty unhappy there... Really moist up there all the typical water spots are all the way up my tires and the creeks are raging. Mosquitoes were also raging. Boo. But all the greenery made the contrast in rock to veg so cool.

 

What was bad about 12 psi?? I run 10. But bigger tires..

Knew it would be a buggy year I hate bugs.

Oh and

And yea I definitely only need one sub. 1000w rms is enough for....well..a small concert..haha

I have big plans for new box/cubbies.

I've gotten into the habit of running them at about 15 now. I think the BFG's are mushy enough though. They don't mind 10.

 

Yea 15 on those was fine. 10 was a bit much but I liked it

I have to run 10 on these MTRs. Otherwise they barely flex

 

I had a pretty damn good weekend. No camping but had a ton of fun regardless. After seeing snowy I decided to give it another week of good weather before trying to slay some trout. So instead I spent a lot of time shooting the bow and I am feeling way more comfortable with it. I got to hike a few trails as well and was able to drag my coworker out for one too.

Making me want to pick up a 50mm Gage. I've been checking out the Sigma 60mm too.

 

Well im on a small tire for my weight... sorry not really any pics of the truck but a few from the hike we took down the trail after we had enough truck time. MIke can comment on how squishy my tires are... I remember him saying how they bulged a lot on our route to goose

 

I am really enjoying the 50mm Josh. I need to get my 19mm fixed since the 50 isn't a good lens for landscapes but any type of portrait photo looks awesome! I went with sony and paid a bit more for the option to use features like continuous autofocus and it beat the sigma with the F/1.8.

 

Yeah good point on the autofocus. The 19 is great, it's gotten me this far but I definitely want something better for portrait style photos and better DOF for car and truck shots.

I'm in the same boat. haha I'll run 15 psi in the soft sand, but If I drop below 20 psi in the rock I start eating wheels...
