    well..which v8? haha

work and labor would be a lot. Probably take us like 2 weeks straight work to get the wiring looking nice. Have to get custom exhaust probably.

Different tranny too..custom driveshafts and tcase..

Honestly i don't know a tona bout it for 2nd gens. Could figure it out though. I know for my truck. and 3uzfe. Cost about 3.4k for the motor w/tranny. Sell the tranny. Get an adapter for my 5speed and t case. New driveshafts and exhaust needs to be tweak for the stearing shaft and then custom motor mounts and some wiring. ABout it really. oh and a rear sump oil pan i believe

Your lucky in a way as you'll have more engine bay to play with. I once found a build of a 2nd gen guy that put a 3uz in his taco..ill try and find it again. Was on ttora.

BUT..realisically..a LOT more work and time and custom shit. and lord really knows the budget.

I mean..you can get 1uzs for damn cheap...

plus their is always the chevy ls route..

Sounds like the brakes. Wet + you might want to check and make sure everything is tight.
