    Hey it can't be all that bad its got a locker right? Same as 4 wheel drive only 2 tires spinning lol. Hmmmm I would be interested in that stuff, have to get their number from you. Mainly the 5spd and diff. Wonder if parts like that command as much of a premium as the whole truck.

    No idea. He is a pretty reasonable guy at the yard. I stole the cvs off it for 60 bucks. So I guess you'd need those..I might still have two stock length ones that just need rebooted. But I think I got rid of all 4 maybe...

    But the diff is there and the tranny. Most of the rest of the truck is gone. The body is and then some. Haven't been out there to see it in a while so who knows now really. Worth a shot though.

    They cast their light so far down the road they are almost useless on the highway. Near as I can tell, their only value is high speed off-road at night. Not an everyday thing for me.

    I'm not a big fan of hood lights but that is an option because they can be aimed more to the side. I do not need more light ahead for normal off-road or highway.

    Yea off to the side was what I was getting at. Best way to do with without doing mirror lights. I still don't know if you can on power mirrors.

    After this most recent adventure I'm thinking I need heated mirrors more. Was minus 10 in mazama on Thursday morning and got down to zero last night here. Impossible to keep frost off of them in these conditions.

    Is there a heated mirror mod for the bigger mirrors? I don't think it was ever a Tacoma option. Could you get them on the 'limited' model?
