Close enough to put a wheel on and drive it out of the way.

You better make sure they are pretty mature trees or else those dogs will chew them up. Also thanks for a ride in the BRZ and incase anyone was wondering he drives it hard and the exhaust is fucking loud and stays loud the whole time.

ya glad someone can put it to use. I would definitely take a swing at the BRZ although after the VW golf Type R it was out of control power compared to my truck im used to haha.

Went to a cars and coffee style event in Spokane Valley today, there were a couple really nice BRZs. One had an absolutely amazing exhaust note but the owner left when I finally got to hear it so I didn't get the name of the kit.

Yeah there are definitely some trashy types there. I went with my buddy in his 300zx, and met some of his friends with Evos. The BRZ was a deep blue with some blood red aluminum wheels. Looked pretty well equipped but not flashy. There was a pretty neat 3rd gen pickup with SAS and 37s too. I need to hear the new exhaust!

Also to touch a little bit on the standard car br0 demographic...last weekend a few Subarus from Casper and Buffalo came to Sheridan for a little cruise/get together. None of us really knew eachother very well but my god basically all of them fit the bill perfectly. One doucher had a very nice STI swapped RS that one of our friends had built and had sold to this kid. Long story short he started trying to do donuts in a gas station parking lot as we were all just standing around peacefully talking and figuring out where to drive to. So that put an end to our night pretty quickly thanks to cops being called and having to basically shut it down.

I'll also mention that my friend Tre, with a fully built, beautiful Evo X got asked at least 3 times "hey br0 what wheels r those?"

Makes me disgusted to drive what I drive sometimes when morons like this are basically the 'standard' people in the Subaru community.

I feel you on that. I don't usually go to car events that aren't classic car shows or TW related. But I happened to know some people there and that was kinda nice having our little section carved out and watching other stuff unfold. Plenty of people that clung to their vapes like a fat asthmatic clings to his inhaler, and enough flat bill hats to block the sun within a 50mi radius. Luckily we all decided to clear out before anyone could do something tremendously stupid. I like car culture, but I am really more of a technical person, not a "bruh, how many burnouts have you done" person. Makes me wonder what kind of people I'll run into during ASE training/cert classes.

Very true. I know a handful of very cool and knowledgeable people with curved hat bills and white socks within the community. It's unfortunate the bad seeds have to taint it for the rest of us. I'll tell you one thing, it makes me turn my attention a lot more towards my truck again

That's about how it went when all those tools came from other cities. The Sheridan crew kinda kept to ourselves and it all just went downhill after that. We all agreed that won't be happening again anytime soon. It's really an embarrassment. Whether or not they realize it, they're plastering 'I'm a douche canoe" right on their forehead.

you guys dont even realize how br0 and douchey someone can be till u go meet up at a sport bike group. GSXRs seem to be the flat billed vaping fags in this division because the bikes r cheap. All people ask is how fast do you go or have gone. Also about 80% dont wear helmet and i shit u not tuck there flat billed hat into the back seat strap when they ride.

Christ almighty.. deep down I'm glad I have at least temporarily grown out of the street bike stage. I go back and forth on a motorcycle almost every summer but I think I'd just get too pissed at the people within the community and sell the damn thing cause I'd be sick of riding alone all the time.

It's been super tempting. I wouldn't mind a Sportster 48 or even a 450 supermoto. Maybe I'll supermoto covert my 2 stroke :stirthepot:

I'd like to get a bike, something smaller than what I learned on for sure (02 Goldwing). I really like the older Honda Magnas, might try to find one come spring, usually people have some mechanics specials around then, 99% of them just need carburetor work.

lol my first bike was carbed and its how i learned everything.....it was so hard to keep it happy, what i learned was i never wanna own a carbed vehicle again. [IMG] yes it was gay yellow also. I would consider a cafe racer, i ride with a guy that also has a 2009 ducati 848 other than that im alone but i use it for the mileage and its fun to me.

I'm pretty darn good at tearing down carbs and rebuilding/rejetting them. The Honda Magna and any other with that V motor are easy targets because the carb is in the V and no one wants to try to remove it to maintain it. A cafe racer would be pretty sweet, I grew up around Harleys and all types of touring bikes so I'm not so in the know when it comes to sport bikes.
