I don't think he was talking about the towns, just the off roading.

Time to start calculating how much money this trip is gonna cost!

Haha I just wanted to toss in that Powell sucks :). Cool little town and nice place to live but don't expect a grand visit. Monte's parents hooked up our stay last time though . I need to visit some old friends sometime when I am not there for wheeling.

Now I just have to create something to show the gf's parent's exactly what we'll be doing, who will be there, and how long we'll be at each stop

    Yup... Haha

They should be cool with it as long as I can prove that I've got everything planned and plenty of money in case of an emergency.

Kind of have to think about it this way, they're still paying for everything of hers and to let her go all the way to Wyoming with her bf to meet a bunch of people I haven't technically met in person.

It's annoying, but at the same time it's understandable to an extent. I think it's more or less she doesn't know what they will and won't let her do now that she's in college. They've been pretty cool about everything ever since she graduated.

Anyways! Back to trip planning! :D

Looks good man. Once you get through that long stretch in SD it should be a nice trip from there on. Eastern WY (aka Gillette) isn't all that glorious either but once you're staring at the Big Horns through your window it should make up for it :D

    Ooh lala! Great vids!
Hey I just learned about the existence of the red desert in Wyoming a few years ago. Is there any wheeling in there? I learned about it from a backpacking site but didn't look like a fun place to backpack. But wheeling might be awesome though.
