@watkins303 - I really dig the grill but not ready to pull the trigger just yet due to the TSS. The only real picture of the grill with TSS box attached is well, meh. do you have any better photos that show the Grill with TSS unit attached ? Also would us TSS guys need to alter the mesh to accomomdate the TSS unit?

    Good questions:

So below is a pic of the old way how the sensor was attached to the grille mesh. The new way the sensor will work is I am adding plastic to the grille where the acrylic square is on the old pic. So just try to envision the acrylic square being replaced with a plastic square that is connected to the grille. So no need for the acrylic shield as it is now being built into the grille with the new added plastic section. There will be 4 holes in the square section and the mounting brackets will go directly behind it. So it will be very plug and play, just tighten a few bolts.

You won't need to alter the mesh or anything, the whole reason I'm doing the modification to the grille is because it will be even easier and more plug and play than ever before.

I have two different meshes that will come with your order depending on if you have a 2016-2017 grille or a 2018-2019 grille. The 2018-2020 meshes have a cutout for the sensor so the mesh can easily mount behind the plastic grille with no interference.

On Monday I will have more pics.

Also whoever's Tacoma this is thank you!

If the TSS is throwing codes are you going to offer refunds?

Good question, so it's hard to 100% guarantee that these will work on the TSS because even the stock Tacoma's get errors and this is an aftermarket grille.

Just for precaution I do not guarantee that these will work with the TSS and installing these grilles is 100% the owners responsibility.

However, I will say that from other customer experience's they've said the grilles work great with the 2018-2020's and have gotten minimal errors. I have done extensive testing to ensure the best result's but cannot guarantee it will work 100% of the time. Install at your own risk and it is always the drivers responsibility to drive safely.

I'm pretty relationship driven with my customers and if you are getting a ton of problems for some reason and it's just not working out, contact me and we can figure it out. But so far the people with the 2018's+ have been pretty happy so far.

You're welcome! I love this grille. Added a front camera by drilling a hole above the Tacoma and a little jbweld. Easy peasy and holding up great. I get a lot of compliments on it.

Thank you looks great! I'm sure a lot of people would love to see how you mounted the camera if you ever get some more pics!

    Like I said most customers don't have a problem.^^

I will be posting a pic of the updated version later today.

    No more acrylic.

Also the new plastic square that replaces the acrylic will be slightly smaller in width on the final ones.

    Anyways here ya go:

My wife insists I go to sleep. My friends are worried for my health, and my children ask why I no longer blink. However no matter how hard I try any attempt to rest is futile. My excitement is ever increasing as I wait for my grille to arrive. The excitement associated with new things is only barely eclipsed by the birth of my children, even then, can I attach them to the outside of my truck? No, not legally. I will be checking back in once I have saved up enough energy to type again. Until then, my friends, I bid you adieu.

What a wild ride. It started out innocently enough. Then it got naughtier. Spookier. It hit a climax but then went beyond with the signature, almost a whisper...meatlooooafff... Also the username. 5/7.

    Looking forward to pictures.

Haha so the grilles themselves should be done by about Wednesday next week.

The meshes should be done being cutout mid next week as well, then finished being powder coated potentially as early as Friday.

So bottom line is that there's a chance they could ship by out the end of next week!

The ringing. What could it be? Every time I hear the ringing it is accompanied by the vicious bark of some foul beast. Was that it? Have I died? Was it worth it? Sacrificing every living moment just on the off chance I'll be at the door the moment my grille is delivered.

"There it is again... the ringing... that beast... wha... what is that light? This must be it for me.."

"Hey man are you okay?" I heard after the ringing.. i realize my eyes are shut. I use every ounce of energy to pry them open.

"Hey bud I've seen you lying here for the last few days, you okay?" I look up, it's the mailman, he must've seen me through the window next to my door. "W..w...water" is all I can muster. "I don't have water, but I've got something" the mailman says as he runs off to his mail truck. He brings my face up to his bottle and slowly pours it into my mouth. It tastes like piss and meth mixed together... it can only be one thing, four loko.

"Jesus f*ck man do you always drink four loko when you deliver mail?" "Well... yeah" the mailman says, "not like I go fast enough to actually hurt anyone." I mutter, "fair enough." Under my breath as I chug the rest of the four loko. As I start to come to i realize my grille has still not arrived, but the next best thing has - the accouterments.
