I keep coming back to this.. I like my grille but hate how flat it looks from the side. Yours looks great! Not so protruding like the PRO grille.
I want one!! the only thing holding me back and maybe this isn't a problem is the way I customized my letters.. I had a custom piece fab'd up to hold the letters individually to remove the ugly piece holding them together. Your grille allows the letter to be placed individually?
Whats it look like from the back? this is my setup.

I like how it's more flush with the front of the truck, as opposed to the Pro grill which I think doesn't look that great due to the fact that it sticks out way too much.

Thanks, the blank spot on the grille is 14.5 X 2.5 inches. So mounting the letters is no problem only thing is I'm not sure how big your custom metal badge is. All you'd have to do is measure how wide and tall your metal badge is and if it's smaller than 14.5 X 2.5 you're good, if it's larger then you can just mount the letters individually.

Here's a pic of the front side with the badge measured out and below is the backside of the grille.

That is definitely the best looking grill I've seen for these trucks by far. If I didn't already have the Pro grill I'd get this as it looks better.

Grill looks awesome and I'd snatch one up if I was in the market for one. I just don't get it though, people want made in America but won't pay for it.

Gluck and Thanks for the new option.

@watkins303 - i have a Pro obviously with the Pro grill on the truck today. I really like the look of your grill. It appears as though you grill requires a trim piece around the grill that I don’t think is part of the Pro grill. Would I need to purchase this trim piece as well? If so do you have the part number for the trim piece required (in black)?

Unfortunately not, maybe one day I will. I have thought up of some designs for a 2nd gen grille though. I would be open to doing it through a kickstarter campaign if it got enough interest and funds to where I wouldn't have to pay for tooling.

@perkj so you would need the trim piece to install the grille. I don't have the part number off hand but I would be happy to get it for you. Although, I will say it would probably be cheaper/easier for you to get the trim piece from a member here since so many people have swapped their stock grille out and don't have a need for their trim piece.

@perkj thank you for your business, really appreciate the opportunity. I'll be shipping your's out this afternoon.

You might be able to just pull the letters out of your pro grille and use them on your new grille rather than have to order a Toyota Badge/sticker.

Dang! Now I'm thinking black trim ring, quicksand grille and black "TOYOTA". Got to figure out how to get this without pissing the wife off even more over all the money spent post purchase!

    Hahah...early Christmas gift to yourself??

Would love to see what one painted all in quicksand would look like. I think with a black trim price it would give it enough contrast so the whole grille isn't one color.

Interesting, I was thinking and considering how this would look like in my sky silver, but just painting the piece surrounding the "Toyota" letters.

Got any pic with a front view?
