Since this was posted in 2022 and it appears people are still buying them - did you decide to continue making them? I was considering picking one up a bit later this year..

As well here. Like the fact that the lines are open left to right. Need to mount another light bar. This would be perfect. Let us know.

Website has always been up and send out orders all the time. Although there might be a time in the future where I am out of stock, so if you want one I wouldn't wait around.

@watkins303 Is there a way to mount the TSS in the upper part of the grill? I like this grill much better than my current setup, but I think my bumper/lightbar setup would interfere with the sensor location.

Thanks. That said (and I guess FYI?), before realizing you were on TW, I sent you a message via your site a week or two ago which went unanswered. Had you not been active here, I would have assumed the lights were still on, but no one home..

The AJT relocation bracket might be a good solution.
    https://www.ajtdesign-llc.com/online-store/TSS-Relocation-Bracket-10052B-p194252238

Also anyone who doesn't like the look of seeing the acrylic in the grille or wants the sensor to be hidden, the AJT relation bracket used in conjunction with the 2016-2017 X-Trek Grille model might work for you.

Only down side of using the AJT relocation bracket is you can't use it with the X-Trek metal mesh accessory. This is because the new location of where the sensor is placed using the AJT relocation places it behind the metal mesh making the radar from the sensor pass through metal (which will cause the sensor will error as they cannot pass through metal). This is why the X-Trek brackets on the 2018+ grille have the sensor upfront and a cutout window in the metal mesh.

This is the route I went- pre tss grille, no mesh, ajt relocation bracket. I still like the looks.

only downside, minor, is the grille is floppy (more on top than bottom). If I ever take the grille off and decide to separate from the bezel I’ll look into either foam pads to fill the open void/space.

also recently added a new front camera. Had to shift off center to not cause tss errors. Haven’t noted any error messages since moving the camera. I took the foam from the “recall” and sprayed with 3m77 adhesive to keep the sensor protected from water intrusion.

Interesting - not to be a bother - sometimes I can be a little slow on the draw - couple of questions: 1.) Why did you reposition the TSS? 2.) I am planning on installing a front camera as well but I have assumed it would be mounted at the very top of the grill not lower at the same level as the TSS. 3.) What is the foam from the "recall" ? Maybe I should do that because I do notice when it rains sometimes the close in radar quits but I -again assumed - the water was coming up from the bottom but maybe it's coming through the grill at the top . . . just wondering.

1- I didn’t want wire mess behind the grill (personal choice) but 18+ w/ tss and the proper yr grille, the tss sensor is mounted to the wire mesh. Because of that I needed to relocate the sensor hence the ajt relocation bracket- which is made to mount in specific location.
2- camera can be mounted wherever you like but if it’s metal housed and directly in front on the sensor then you’ll have errors. I wanted mine below the emblem (personal choice) which happens to be nearly same plane as tss sensor. Surprisingly I’m not freaking out about it being off center given the fact the rear camera is not centered.
3- not technically a recall maybe but the other term that’s used for warranty work. I assume sensors were going bad due to water intrusion from pooling up on top of the sensor. If your sensor was still working they didn’t replace them, this was the fix. That foam on top. I’m not sure if those that got the sensor replaced also got the foam but I couldn’t source that same foam (kits not for sale) so I just added spray adhesive and reused it. Heavy Rain etc will still cause errors is reading, this was Toyota fix for water malfunction

Sorry if this has been covered already, but are there any aftermarket raptor led light kits that work with this grille?

Wow those are def more $ than raptor lights and OP said they are not easy to mount.

I haven't seen raptor lights for this grille. The TRD Pro V2 grille has the provisions for them.

This is how I did mine. I had to find the plastic hood for the camera since my orig camera was in the pro grille, which the hood was built into the pro grille.
