Okay guys, so I am getting the Bi-Xenon Morimoto H1's with amber LED xB Angel Eyes. I want to run the angel eyes as my drls. How would you splice into my drl wire and attach it to the halos? Anyone know how to do this? Should I just cut the drl wire so that the projectors are not on during the day and leave it alone and add a switch for the halos? Any Advice?

You need to completely disable the DRL system if you are running HID projectors. The reduced voltage DRL will fry your ballasts.
I'm not familiar with the 1st Gen, but there should be a relay under the hood. Just remove it.

The halos, if you want them to run all the time, need to be tied to a switched-hot that is only on with ignition-on.
