So I don't really get to do any offroading, and I'm looking at getting some wheels/tires to put on my taco. I really like the look of the XD Monster's but the smallest size they make is an 18". So if I want to put an 18" Wheel on my TRD Offroad 2010 Taco, I'm assuming I have to get the wheels that have a 6 bolt and 5.5 spacing. After that I see there is the offset, and back spacing. I want the wheels to be flush, and not really stick out if possible. Could anyone tell me the offset and back spacing for that. Also what would be the proper size tire to have that will not have any rubbing without a lift? Thanks for any help!

backspacing - as close to 4.5 as possible
    offset - -12
as for tires, you're going to have to get stock diameter (245 or 265), a smaller sidewall ratio (like 30-35) and then 18

EDIT: didn't see you have an offroad. so definitely 265, I'm really not sure about the sidewall ratio but it will have to be smaller

The largest tire size you can go is 265/65/18. That will give you a 31.5 inch tire. I have this setup w/ 18x9's with +10mm offset and do not rub (stock suspension). The tire is the same width and diameter as the popular 265/75/16.

If you want to keep the stock diameter, you will need 265/60/18.

That will make the tires stick out from the fender a bit, which he stated he didn't want. The backspacing on mine are ~5.4" and they even stick out slightly with a 9" rim width.

Here's some more help. This page has a chart that converts wheel width and offset to backspacing. Stock backspacing is 5.25" to 5.5", depending on the package you got. Anything with less backspacing will stick out further from the hub.

No problem. It's pretty hard to sift through all the info on this board some times.
