I was in the same boat and sold mine recently. They are very good quality lights so I think it's more of a personal preference. My eyes are terrible as-is so more of a natural, yellow tone is better for my nighttime driving. I want them bright, but not so bright my pupils constrict and make me blind to everything else around me in the dark.

Some have had good luck putting these same lights in high beams but I never tried that.
