Xenon Depot exchanges problem

Anyone have any experience with exchanging stuff with xenondepot.com ? I bought a H11 XTR HID Kit with the 4300k bulb, i wanted the Philips 4300k. I was deployed to Syria with crappy internet, and it didn't load the site properly when i checked out. I would have been home in time to check it out and return/exchange if needed...but i was extended. Now they won't exchange it. Anyone know how to get them to exchange it or want to buy a set of regular 4300k

 

Thanks for your service. If they are were worth a shit, they'd make an exception, and take care of you. I wasn't in the market, but if I was, I wouldn't support them, if they won't help you out.

 

I just used the email contact form. They are a little slow to respond at times. I'd say try calling and explain it.

Hopefully, you explained your situation to them about your deployment. If you did and they still won't exchange them, they are asshats.

I received my kit from them and I like what I have in mine.

 

Their standard 4300K really is a good bulb. Not really worth the upgrade to the Philips rebased version IMO.

 

@XenonDepot can you assist OP?

 

OP, I have a set of the Phillips 4300k bulbs with about 50 hrs on them that I took off due to bulb jiggles. I'll be happy to do a straight exchange for your normal 4300k bulbs as thanks for your service.
