So I bought my truck about a year ago now.... and I have come to hate the previous owner.

Ebay junk halo projectors, hacked wiring, cheap HIDs.

Basically, It all needs to go, and be replaced with a better quality product, and a (prefered) factory headlight harness setup.

Ive searched and searched, and all I can find is cheap junk projectors, Or $700 retrofits.

I dont mind spending the money, I just dont want to spend THAT much right now.I do plan on doing a retrofit setup, but Im trying to wait a bit as Ive got other expenses for the truck first.

Does anyone have a link to a reputable site for some decent Xenon projector headlights?
Ive got the xenon conversion kit handled, I just need to figure out bulb type.

    Thanks for the help(if any).

Poor quality aftermarket parts can be frustrating. I'm not aware of any decent out of the box plug and play projector headlights. Why are you wanting to replace in piecemeal, rather than waiting to do it all at once the right way? Are the lens fogged or is output abysmal?

    Consider:
    A) Buy a set of quality CAPA certified reflector headlights that look like stock. Then do the retrofit on them later as time/budget allow. You won't find projector headlights that are CAPA certified for the 2nd gens because they never came that way from the factory.
    B) Buy a set of lower quality aftermarket projector headlights, like these, knowing you will replace the projector so the lens will have to be opened and stock seals will be shot and have to be redone anyway. Basically buying it for the housing.
    C) Try to find a set of completed retros in the 2nd gen for sale section on the forum.

I had planned on doing it all at once, minus the retrofit.

Its funny you suggested that headlight, thats the only decent looking set I could find that didnt make me cringe.

Ill probably do that then. Just get them to were I can see to drive instead of relying on my 5kHID fogs to light the way along with brights

I would get a set of stock headlights and then retrofit in Mini D2S 4.0 projectors when you feel like it. H4 headlights are easy to retrofit with the Mini D2S.
