    Yeah the bottom of an XJ axle to the floor, then we find a stock 4wd Tacoma to do some measuring too. Both on 31's. For reference, the skid plate on Tacoma with a ~2" lift on some baldish 285's sits higher than my friends XJ's front diff and he has some decent tread 35's.

    There's a reason why straight axle vehicles struggle on mud and snow over IFS. Can't believe none of you noticed.
