    Depends on the State that the buyers located in. You pay for it, I ship it to an FFL they write up paperwork saying you bought it, you pay a FFL fee and it's done. In a nutshell that's what happens, is NJ the state your uncle lives in ?

    Yes... But I live in Va and this is not legal in Nj... So in turn we would really just go to an FFL near you since you are only an hour from me... He is just giving me the money to pay you basically if it all works out...

    If were meeting then we don't have to go to an FFL I can write up a bill of sale so that theres proof on both ends, Ill take a picture of your drivers license just in case you decide to shoot somebody with it or something :D:p
