I have a 2012 Taco Double Cab TRD, replacing my 2006 Taco Double Cab base model. My new truck has XM radio head unit (Canada) and I want to put Sirius tuners in, since in Canada there is no Sirius available at XM and may never come.

Does anyone know if I can put the Sirius TOY-SC1 and universal tuner to the sharkfin antenna and to XM head unit?

They are supposed to be, but in Canada for some reason, SiriusXM are still two seperate entities making new vehicle buying a piss off as you get car you want but the head unit isn't a choice for which satellite you want now. Toyota Canada has sold out to the XM side. They don't offer Sirius packages as add-ins.
